A Kids' Brain Tumor Cure equals PLGA Foundation

The PLGA Foundation, DBA “A Kids’ Brain Tumor Cure” was accepted for membership by the Children’s Medical Charities (CMC). CMC membership enables the PLGA Foundation (doing business as “A Kids’ Brain Tumor Cure”) to participate in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)…the world’s largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign, which helps to raise millions of dollars each year for member philanthropies.

10 million employees working for Federal civilian, postal and military employers are invited to make a yearly pledge during the campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) to support their favorite philanthropies (with CMC) throughout the world. The pledges are then allocated during the following calendar year.

This means that from September 1st – December 15th 2010, employees can select A Kids’ Brain Tumor Cure as their philanthropy of choice for their 2011 contributions. Beginning on January 1st, 2011, their employer will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the amount per paycheck that the employee has requested. 100% of the contribution deducted will go directly to the PLGA Foundation…there are NO fees for participating in this program.

Tell your friends, family, colleagues…anyone who works for an organization who participates in the Combined Federal Campaign to designate “A Kids’ Brain Tumor Cure” as their charity of choice for 2011 contributions.

Just a little every month – PRETAX dollars – can make a BIG difference to children fighting brain tumors.”
